Taridium has a huge role to play in your business’ ability to work throughout the COVID-19 outbreak.

The number one question our support lines are facing today is “can my staff work from home?” YES THEY CAN.

Here are the options:

1. Take your phone home with you. As long as your workspace at home allows you to physically connect your phone to your router, you’re in luck. You do need to make sure you have power adapter though, or a power over ethernet injector. If you don’t have one of these, you’ll need to get one first.
2. Have us ship a cordless VoIP phone to your house. This will allow you to work from an area of your home where you can’t physically connect to the router.
3. Forward your extension to your mobile phone from our cloud portal, under features > forwarding.
4. Install a softphone companion app on either your smartphone or laptop, and tether your extension to it. A USB headset is strongly recommended for laptop use. Activate your phone through the user portal under features > softphone.
